Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Streak Habitat collects, why, and the choices you have. Streak Habitat is run by Shubham Prajapat, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). We keep it simple: we collect what the app needs to work, and we never sell your data.
What we collect

We don't collect your card or UPI details. Dodo Payments handles those directly.
What other people can see
- Anyone with your profile link can see your nickname, avatar and level. Your garden level and leaderboard rank can be seen by friends and, if you take part, on global, circle and challenge leaderboards.
- Your friends (people you follow who follow you back) can see your garden, including habit names, streaks and check-ins. You can turn this off at any time with "Let friends see my garden" in Settings.
- Your notes, Big 3 tasks, goals and mood ratings are always private.
- You can hide yourself from global leaderboards, or leave rankings entirely, in Settings at any time.
Who we share data with
We only share data with services that help us run Streak Habitat, and only what they need:
- Supabase: stores your account and habit data, and handles login.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and app.
- Dodo Payments: processes payments, taxes and refunds as merchant of record.
- An email provider: sends login links, receipts and reminders you turn on.
These providers may store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect users from fraud or abuse.
We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and let the app work offline on your phone. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for tax and legal reasons, which are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your data (export).
- Correct something that is wrong.
- Delete your account and data.
- Stop sending you emails (every email also has an unsubscribe link).
Email contact@streakhabitat.com from your account email address and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or India), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Keeping data safe
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, private login.
Children
Streak Habitat is not meant for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
