Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Shubham Prajapat ("we", "us"), who runs Streak Habitat at streakhabitat.com. By creating an account or using Streak Habitat, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Streak Habitat is

Streak Habitat is a habit tracker that runs in your browser and can be installed on your phone as an app. You track habits, earn XP, grow a garden, and can join friends, leaderboards and challenges.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

3. Your account

  • Give us a real email address and keep your login details private.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Tell us right away at contact@streakhabitat.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Your lifetime purchase

  • Streak Habitat costs a one-time payment of $7 (₹599 in India). Prices may differ by country and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • "Lifetime" means access for as long as we run Streak Habitat. It is a personal license for one person and can't be shared, resold or transferred.
  • There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
  • If we ever shut Streak Habitat down, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email and a way to export your data.
  • Features may be added, changed or removed over time. We won't take away the core habit-tracking features you paid for while the service runs.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles your card, UPI or other payment details, plus any sales tax, VAT or GST. We never see or store your full card details. Dodo Payments' own terms also apply to your payment.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Fair play and acceptable use

Streak Habitat is about honest progress. You agree not to:

  • Use a nickname, profile, challenge or message that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or that pretends to be someone else.
  • Cheat on leaderboards or challenges, for example with fake check-ins, multiple accounts or automated tools.
  • Harass, bully or spam other users.
  • Try to break, overload, hack or copy the service or its code.
  • Use the service for anything illegal.

We may remove content, reset leaderboard points, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Accounts closed for serious or repeated abuse are not refunded.

8. Your content

Your habits, notes and check-ins belong to you. You give us permission to store and show them only so the app works, for example showing your nickname, garden level and rank to friends or on leaderboards, according to your privacy settings.

9. Our content

The Streak Habitat name, the Sprig mascot, the artwork, design and code belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Health note

Streak Habitat is a motivation tool, not medical, fitness or mental health advice. Talk to a professional before making big changes to your health routines.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by emailing contact@streakhabitat.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

12. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Streak Habitat running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that streaks will never be lost because of technical problems.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Streak Habitat.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Streak Habitat afterwards means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
