Refund Policy

We want you to love your garden. If Streak Habitat isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

7-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund of your lifetime purchase ($7, or ₹599 in India) within 7 days of buying it. You don't have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email contact@streakhabitat.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the email address you used to buy, or include that address in your message.
3. If you have it, include your order or receipt number from the confirmation email.

We reply within 2 business days.

How you get your money back

Our payment partner, Dodo Payments, handles all payments and refunds. Once we approve your refund:

• The money goes back to the card, UPI account or other method you paid with.
• Dodo Payments emails you a refund confirmation.
• Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. Some banks take longer.

When the refund is issued, your lifetime access ends and your account goes back to locked. You can still ask us to export your data first.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window has passed, purchases can't be refunded, except where the law requires it.

When we may decline a refund

We may decline a refund if we see clear abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding, or an account banned for breaking our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A refund through us is faster, and a chargeback may suspend your account while it is reviewed.
